INSURANCE RANKS PRETTY LOW on my list of things that get me revved up. But Zillion is pretty cool. It provides point-of-sale coverage so jewelry customers can leave the store knowing their item is safe for ten days, without having to commit to a long-term policy. Its dev team is talented and funny. Its leadership team is thoughtful and sincere. As hired help, you can’t really ask for much more. The great designer Chris Enter and I worked with the leaders of Zillion to refine its brand position, messaging, tag line, and style guide as the company prepared to close several big partnerships and shift out of its early start-up stage.
