IN MAY OF 2012, the Fairchild division of Condé Nast announced that it would launch a new magazine led by the legendary editor Peter Kaplan, “who has created an all-star team of men’s fashion editors, united by their passion for and expertise in men’s clothing and culture.”
Somehow, I ended up on this all-star team, serving as contributing copy chief.
Under the guidance of Jim Windolf, I managed the copy desk, edited stories, wrote stories, and made sure everything got shipped before deadline.
